An alleged thief was caught and paraded naked, for stealing female pants, in Bayelsa.
It wasn’t ascertained if he was a ritualist, or what intended to do with the pants.

But it was gathered that the incident happened at Akenfa community in yenagoa Local Government Area of the state in the early hours of Friday, July 15.
